External Drives are an excellent choice for backing and retrieving data on a regular basis. External drives are also an additional piece of hardware to maintain. Your BSP data is there when and where you need it.

Fort Knox Secure! First your data is transmitted through a secure protocol called RTP (Not FTP) Real-time Transport Protocol, fast, encrypted and secure, and it utilizes a special port on your computer. Once your data is on a BSP backup server it stays encrypted until you retrieve it with your unique username and password. The server is housed in a locked cage within a secure network facility.

Again, Fort Knox Secure! Key carded door to the building and again another key carded door to the NOC, unmarked facility.

Easy, open your installed BSP program (if a new install on a new machine or OS, you will need to reenter your username and password), click on Backups. BSP will show you all of the data it has backed up for you, click on a file, or files, that you wish to retrieve and click RETRIEVE. It's that simple. BSP will not write over your files, it creates a new directory with your backed up files. You can then make the decision of what you wish to write over, or not.
